Refund and Returns Policy

1. Shipping Information

1.1 Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all eligible orders of bedding products from Haoxuan, subject to regional conditions and carrier availability. No additional shipping fee will be charged at checkout for standard delivery.

1.2 Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on the exact destination, customs procedures, and local logistics conditions.

  • North America (e.g., United States, Canada): Estimated delivery time: 5–15 business days.
  • Europe: Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days.
  • Asia-Pacific: Estimated delivery time: 7–20 business days.
  • Rest of World: Estimated delivery time: 10–30 business days, depending on country and region.

In certain remote or restricted areas, free shipping may not be available or delivery may not be possible. If we are unable to ship to your address, Haoxuan will notify you and cancel the order with a full refund.

1.3 Shipping Disclaimers
While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery, the following factors may cause delays or disruptions beyond our reasonable control:

  • Customs inspections, duties processing, or other government procedures.
  • Force majeure events such as natural disasters, extreme weather, epidemics, strikes, or war.
  • Local courier delays, inaccurate or incomplete shipping addresses, or failed delivery attempts.
  • Peak shopping seasons (such as holidays and promotional events).

We are not liable for indirect losses or consequential damages caused by delivery delays. However, we will assist you in tracking your parcel and coordinating with the carrier as far as reasonably possible.

2. 14-Day No-Reason Return Policy

2.1 Eligibility for No-Reason Returns
We offer a 14-day no-reason return policy. If you are not satisfied with your bedding products—including sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, comforters, or bedding sets—for any reason, you may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the goods.

To qualify for a no-reason return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is submitted within 14 calendar days of receipt.
  • The products are unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • All original tags, labels, dust bags, accessories, and original packaging are intact.
  • No parts are missing and the items are in a condition suitable for resale.

For hygiene and quality reasons, we reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

3. Non-Returnable Items and Reasons

For safety, hygiene, and fairness, certain items or situations are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Bedding that has been clearly used, washed, or altered.
  • Products damaged due to improper use, storage, or intentional destruction.
  • Clearance, final-sale, or “non-returnable” items explicitly marked on the product page.
  • Products returned without the original packaging or missing accessories.
  • Any product that has been contaminated or otherwise poses a hygiene risk, at our reasonable discretion.

If a returned item is found to be non-returnable after inspection, we may reject the return and resend the product to you. In such cases, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Unless otherwise required by local law or in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or shipped in error, the buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges incurred during the return process.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and retaining proof of shipment. Haoxuan is not responsible for any returned parcels that are lost or damaged in transit by the carrier.

5. Refund Process

5.1 How to Request a Return

  2. Receive Return Instructions: Our support team will confirm eligibility and provide the return address and necessary instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully pack the item (including all original packaging and accessories) and send it to the designated return address using a trackable courier service.
  4. Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it for compliance with our return conditions.
  5. Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed in accordance with the timelines described below.

5.2 Refund Timelines

After your return is approved and the inspection is completed, we will initiate the refund as soon as reasonably practicable. In general:

  • We aim to process the refund within 14 calendar days from the date we receive and approve the returned goods.
  • The actual time required for funds to appear in your account depends on the payment provider and your bank’s internal processing.

5.3 PayPal Refunds

If you paid via PayPal or a card processed by PayPal:

  • Refunds will generally be credited back to your PayPal account or original card within approximately 14 calendar days after we process the refund.
  • In certain regions, applicable laws and/or PayPal policies may allow up to 30 calendar days for the refund to be fully reflected.

We cannot accelerate processing by PayPal or your card issuer, but we will provide any available transaction information to help you track the refund.

6. Refund Method (Original Payment Method)

All refunds will be made to the same payment method originally used for the purchase:

  • PayPal: refund sent to your PayPal account or linked card.
  • Credit/debit card: refund sent to the same card.
  • Other supported payment methods: refund processed through that method when technically possible.

Refunds are not issued to alternative accounts or in cash, except where required by local law.

7. Requests Made After the 14-Day Return Period

Requests for return or refund made after the 14-day period are generally not covered by our no-reason return policy. However, you may still contact us if:

  • The product has a manufacturing defect that becomes apparent after a short period of normal use.
  • There are other issues covered by applicable consumer protection laws in your region.

We will review these requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer repair, replacement, partial refund, or other solutions.
